近年歐美興起「Superfood」這個字,直譯即是「超級食物」,雖然未有正式科學驗證定義,但可以稱為超級食物的都蘊含大量維他命或礦物質,同時也含有抗氧化物,有助對抗細胞老化。
Superfood 熱潮亦令更多人注意到健康飲食的重要性,並開始進食主流食物以外的營養食物,醫學研究早已指出健康飲食能減少患上心血管疾病及癌症的機會。今次就為大家解構七種對肌膚有幫助的食物,但謹記不應只著重單一或某幾種食物去吸收有關營養,均衡飲食才是最佳的美肌之道。
沙棘 (Sea Buckthorn)

沙棘蘊含奧米加7S,可提升肌膚鎖水力,同時有助頭髮及指甲變得更強韌。在香港不容易買到,而且帶點酸的味道未必適合所有人,如果想試的話,最方便的方法是食用以沙棘製成的營養補充品,另外也有從沙棘果實提取出天然油脂的沙棘油產品選擇。
杏仁

杏仁蘊含高度黃酮素,有助提升心臟健康,同時也富含維他命E,是抗氧化的重要養份之一。以上兩種養份可對抗令肌膚衰老的自由基,而中國的Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention 的研究亦發現杏仁可對抗因吸煙而導致的氧化問題。
奇異籽 (Chia Seeds)

奇異籽可在有機食品店找到,蘊含大量蛋白質、纖維及奧米加3S,美國媒體《The New You and Improved Diet》 指出以上成份能減輕體內的炎症。奇異籽亦可用於瘦身飲食,因為奇異籽可吸收比本身體積多10 倍的水份,不需進食太多也可提供較長時間的飽肚感。食用方法很簡單,只需混合果汁或乳酪即可。
菠菜

相信大家都知道菠菜很有營養,內有大量能對抗皺紋的抗氧化成份,包括維他命C、維他命E 及β-胡蘿蔔,可提升肌膚防禦紫外線的能力,建議每天吃一杯份量的菠菜以吸收有關養份。早前看電視跟Jamie Oliver 學了個超方便的煮菠菜方法,由於菠菜容易煮熟,在差不多煲好飯的時候,將菠菜放上飯的上面再焗熟就可以。
龍蝦

喜歡吃龍蝦的朋友有多個藉口可以吃了,龍蝦含有鋅,可保護細胞質膜及膠原蛋白,其可加速肌膚自我修復能力。最健康的食法是蒸熟,不怕肥的話可以加牛油焗熟,甚至直接去餐廳吃芝士焗龍蝦也可。
燈籠椒

色彩繽紛的燈籠椒內有高度維他命C,可以促進體內產生膠原蛋白,對肌膚有幫助之外,也可減少頭髮乾燥及開叉問題。紅、黃、青椒當中,以紅、黃椒較甜,比較適合加入沙律中食用。
野櫻莓 (Black Chokeberry)

野櫻莓蘊含的抗氧化多酚成份比藍莓還要多,可減輕炎症及暗瘡問題,同時可抗皺及促進身體的循環系統。
