girls night must try!上環法國菜新店La Parole
一星期總有最少一晚有girls talk gathering,少不免會嘈吵一點,所以選擇餐廳時,也會揀坐得舒服又不會太靜的地方,傾計時也可以盡情一點!
早前去了上環的1間新開法國菜餐廳La Parole,環境及食物正好是我們想要的,今日就為大家介紹一下~~~
這餐廳本來是在青衣的,最近就由新界區搬到上環的食廈柏廷坊,吃完飯再行去蘭桂芳也只是10分鐘左右,十分方便girls night out~
La Parole的大廚來自法國,曾於米芝蓮3星級餐廳工作,菜式宗於法國傳統。同時亦是首間將Fine Dinning和社會企業結合的餐廳。收入扣除成本開支後,均全數撥款營運註冊非牟利機構「庭恩兒童中心」,協助有語言障礙的小朋友。
這裏提供3 course (HK$380) 及 4 course (HK$428) 的set dinner,可自選頭盤、湯、主菜及甜品。價錢在上環區來說,絕對是超值。
starter
煎帶子 + 帶子粒青蘋果沙律
將帶子以生及熟的方法放在一起的頭盤,煎帶子不用多講,只要材料新鮮,就會好吃。生帶子切成小粒與青蘋果粒混合,有帶子的鮮味,又有青蘋果酸甜及爽口,是個不錯的配搭。

野菌忌廉湯
湯上加了黑松露汁,令菌味更濃郁,湯的質感不太厚身,喝完也不會有太飽的感覺,沒有減低食慾。

煎油甘魚配咖哩汁
多用於日式料理的油甘魚,大廚以薯仔絲包著再煎,薯仔絲煎得像薯片一樣香脆,令吃魚時的口感更有層次。配上淡淡的咖哩汁,可令味道更鮮,清淡而又有驚喜的菜式。
細心位~主菜之前,送上青檸雪芭清理味覺,讚~
main course
beef tenderloin with red wine emlusion x truffle risotto
tenderloin是牛肉之中比較鮮嫩的部份,雖然牛味較輕,配上紅酒汁卻非常相襯。truffle risotto的口感也很法國,是我喜愛的半生熟飯,如果菌味再濃郁一點就更好了。
dessert
朱古力心太軟 x 芒果souffle
最後吃的朱古力心太軟做得很好,蛋糕做得軟熟,朱古力sauce不太甜而朱古力味濃,而且焗的時候,蛋糕上放了砂糖,焗了的砂糖為蛋糕增加了脆脆的口感,好味~
不過芒果souffle卻升得不夠高,質感不夠輕,但配上芒果的味道是不錯的。
