10大護膚true or false﹗by Dr. Murad
護膚品牌Murad的創辦人Dr. Howard Murad來港宣傳新書《the water secret》及全新產品「Professional Daily Eye Lift」,與一眾傳媒分享了幾個護膚true or false,糾正了大家對某些傳聞的誤解,今日就特別與大家分享一下!

1. 每日要飲8杯水,皮膚先會好?
False! Dr. Murad 建議大家不妨試試每日用新鮮蔬果代替1杯水,因為蔬果不單止比水更有營養,而且對皮膚細胞最有用,水份可以更長時間留在身體內,幫助修補細胞膜及鎖住細胞之間的水分,皮膚自然水潤飽滿。
所以大家以後不需要再計飲幾多杯,最重要是從蔬果之中攝取多些對細胞有用的水分,例如西芹、椰菜、菠菜等等,就會發現皮膚比只是飲水更加滋潤。
2. 有不少人都說細胞死了之後,新細胞很難或者需要很長時間才會生長出來,這是不是真的?
False! 其實細胞健康同身體健康有好大關係,例如生病及衰老,都是因為細胞失去水份。
通常細胞的更新周期大約是10星期左右,如果大家都有跟隨Dr. Murad提倡的inclusive health,其實是可以在10星期內製造健康的新細胞!
3. 近年大家愈來愈注重有機飲食,那是不是所有食物都應該用有機食物代替呢?
False! 雖然有部份食物最好選擇有機,不過Dr. Murad就建議大家將有機食物「加入」日常飲食當中,而不是用有機食物完全取代日常食用的食物!
不過如果要吃蘋果、車厘子、梨、桃、士多啤梨等等,則建議全部選擇有機的種類,因為這些生果不是有機的話,會有好多毒素,對身體及皮膚會有不好影響!
4. 有一種說法是,人的容顏已經由基因決定好,那是不是皮膚質素已由先天決定,無論後天如何努力護膚也沒有用?
False! 就算改變不到先天因素,後天努力一樣可以令皮膚細胞變得又健康又靚!
我們經常同一時間做不同的事,或令到自己好似一條拉扯中的橡筋一樣,Dr. Murad稱這類都市壓力做cultural stress,其實對成個身體都會有不好影響。
建議大家首先要找到壓力的源頭,然後多些與關心你的人傾訴、睡前記得關掉電視及電話,可令身心變得寧靜,多郁動身體,以及記得要笑多一點,這樣已可紓緩平日緊張情緒,更加享受生活!
5. Dr. Murad經常提倡的「inclusive health」,到底怎樣才可以做到呢?
1. 要eat your water,即係吃多些蔬果 2. 服食美肌產品 3. 增加細胞水分及肌肉力量 4. 管理好日常生活及情緒 5. 充足而有質素的睡眠 6. 勇於嘗試 7. 懂得付出 8. 保持肌膚水分充足 9. 保持心境開朗 10. 要對自己好些,做了有成功感的事,記得要慶祝及慰勞自己﹗
