超豪華體驗!一次過試5 間頂級餐廳 @ 置地廣場
去中環Landmark 除了行街、high tea 之外,商場內多間獲米芝蓮星級榮譽的餐廳也是值得大家去的地方。
早前獲邀請去了Landmark 的一個超豪華的試菜活動,共吃了5 道菜,其實是宣傳商場於9 月及10月的「藝術盛宴」活動,由置地廣塲13 間餐廳推出多款期間限定的菜式,全都色香味俱全,供應期至10 月31 日,想試的記得要趁早訂位!
好,立即介紹試菜日deluxe 感滿載的美食體驗!當天吃的5 道菜式來自5 間餐廳,所以每試完1 道菜便要動身去下1 間餐廳,由頭盤、主菜至甜品逐款吃。
第1 站先去 L’ATELIER de Joël Robuchon 吃個頭盤,一行十幾人一同坐在bar 檯,感覺很熱鬧!
日本溏心蛋伴嫩菠菜蓉及香濃考姆特芝士慕絲 (HK$330) 將三種味道結合的菜式,溏心蛋以slow cook 方法煮成,流心蛋黃煮得剛剛好,淡淡的考姆特芝士、清新的菠菜蓉與蛋的味道相當配合,味道與份量也不heavy,作為頭盤剛剛好。由於我是很愛吃蛋的 (尤其是蛋黃) ,所以覺得這道菜很好吃!
第2 站是ARMANI / AQUA,餐廳更特別為我們準備了香檳,在下午時份喝香檳變了是工作的一部份,實在暢快。
Foie gras parfait with pinenut purée and ponzu jelly (HK$168) 將歐洲菜與日本菜結合,本來不吃鵝肝的我,也吃了一點點試味,鵝肝芭菲外有黑朱古力粉包著,配上松子cream 的感覺是既香且滑,旁邊的檸檬醋柑橘啫喱則可整體感覺更清新。以鵝肝頭盤來說,份量算是頗多,加上這個價錢,愛鵝肝的你必試。
第3 站去到出名難book 位的米芝蓮3 星級餐廳8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA。
“Fassone”小牛柳配黑松露 (HK$620) 選用意大利著名的皮埃蒙特酒區28 至32 月個大的牛仔的牛柳部位,肉瘦卻十分柔軟,吃起來有點似是吃刺身的口感,配上惹味的醬汁,加上微微的黑松露香,愛吃牛肉的我,當然也愛這道煮得超好的小牛柳。就連旁邊的薯蓉也好吃,加入了黑松露,不油、不膩,平日不吃薯蓉的我也吃了兩口。hehehe。
第4 站是文華地酒店內的名店,米芝蓮2 星的Amber,酒店公關特別為我們安排了VIP room。
炸法國中南部小豬排配香烤豬鞍,釀小魷魚及雪利酒醋汁 (HK$668) 左邊是來自法國中南部阿韋龍的頂級小豬排,外層的豬皮烤得超級脆,整間房的人吃這外層的時候,總是發出砰砰啪啪的咀嚼聲,哈哈。略帶粉紅色的豬肉部份煮得剛熟,十分嫩滑,旁邊的醬汁惹味,中間的是紅色辣椒醬,令味道更有層次。配上右邊的是意大利小黃瓜配法國釀小魷魚,就成為了這道秋日時令菜式。
第5 站去了SEVVA,當然是吃這裡著名的蛋糕吧!
Luxe celebration cake (HK$1000/500g 及 HK$1600/1000g) 當大家吃得有點飽,怕吃不下甜品的時候,看到了這個非常精美而搶眼的玫瑰花蛋糕,全部人也爭著拍照,吃甜品的第2 個胃也同時出來了!紅玫瑰的是人手製作的糖花,紅色色素是由紅菜頭製作,天然又健康。
切開後也同樣精緻,由紅菜頭海棉蛋糕、莓子啫喱、忌廉、新鮮雜莓層疊而成,忌廉中間還有一些白朱古力,超細心的details 位。味道不太甜,蛋糕結實而口感濕潤軟熟,配上鬆脆的餅底,是我喜歡的蛋糕類型,作為這天試菜的終結,女生們是最快樂的。
我手上拿著的是1000g 的蛋糕,其實也頗大個,假如女友在這兩個月生日,收到這個蛋糕應該比收花更開心吧!(當日70% 素顏出動,希望沒有嚇親大家!也希望大家喜歡我這次的推介!)
