減肥是要做運動的!Nike Training Club App推介
我一直深信「減肥是要做運動的。」
可是年紀愈大,新陳代謝減慢,消滅脂肪的任務變得愈來愈難。以前每星期做1 次運動,已有修身效果,可是現在我感到要做2 次才開始見效。T_________T
好的,自上年6 月起,我重回籃球的懷抱,加入了集合不同界別人士的籃球隊Blinders,認識了一班好玩又好笑的隊友,除了每星期的練習之外,閒時更會搞其他活動,感覺超warm的。

每星期的work out
回到正題,多得隊友推介好app,在每次練波前也會跟著Nike Training Club 這個app work out 30分鐘。鍛煉平時少用的肌肉,具有firming 效果,又可以流汗,感覺很爽!
星期三,完成了第3 次的work out。先分享之前3 次的work out 經驗,希望可以增強大家做運動的恆心!
第1 次:坦白說,確實有點辛苦 (我們選的已是最簡單的1 組運動。) 因為大家都不知道做怎樣的運動,同時也沒預計過原來某些動作只做1 分鐘也很辛苦。完成後,當晚還打了3 場全場籃球。翌日起來,肌肉酸痛是絕對有的,不過肌肉最酸痛的是work out 後第2 天!上落樓梯、坐下站起也感到雙腿的muscle pain。之後幾天就慢慢地減褪了。
第2 次:隔了1 星期再做,因為大概知道會做什麼,30 分鐘很快就過(其實在最後幾分鐘都是cool down 的拉筋動作,所以真正做的只是25分鐘左右),也打了幾場波,不過翌日起來,muscle pain 沒有第1 次那麼嚴重,感覺好多了!
第3 次:可以說是沒有肌肉酸痛問題,而且也開始習慣這set 初學者的運動,相信做多1 星期,就可以做另一套動作了!
提提你!
1. 用yoga mat,因為部份動作要以膝頭及手掌著地,可以減少硬碰地面的痛。或者用厚毛巾也可。
2. 準備輕磅啞鈴或小水樽,部份動作需要用到。
3. 運動前謹記拉筋熱身,有助保護肌肉。
Nike Training Club App
雖說是由Nike Women 推出的app,有男隊友一齊做這set 運動時,也覺得有點吃力。
你可按beginner、intermediate及advanced 3 個級別去選,入面有不同類型的30 分鐘work out set!你也可根據目標去選擇 (例如減重、纖型、消脂等) 。
1 set 30 分鐘的運動包括多個不同動作,每個動作約做30 秒至2 分鐘。這app 亦會幫你計時,時間一到即有提示。
每個動作開始前,也可以看短片示範,看完短片就可以開始做。計時開始後,會有語音提示大家如何做動作會做得更好!
可選擇喜歡的音樂,在運動過程中為自己打打氣!
此app 還可記錄你的運動計劃及成果!
